Payment Terms
50% deposit is required before the project begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery time: 10-15 business days.
Revisions
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions are charged at Rs. 500 per revision.
Support
Basic support and training provided for 30 days after the website launch.
Extended support is available at additional cost.
Ownership
Full ownership of the website and all materials is transferred to the customer upon final payment.

Domain Ownership
The customer is responsible for selecting and registering their domain name.
All domain registration charges are the customer’s responsibility.
The registered domain is the exclusive property of the customer.
Renewal Responsibility
The customer is responsible for renewing their domain name on time.
Failure to renew may result in losing the domain, for which we are not responsible.
Transfer Policy
Customers may initiate a domain transfer at any time.
Assistance will be provided during the transfer process.
Any fees imposed by the domain registrar are the customer’s responsibility.
Web Hosting
Hosting Provider
The customer is responsible for selecting and purchasing a web hosting plan.
All web hosting charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Renewal Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the timely renewal of their hosting plan.
Failure to renew may cause suspension or loss of the website, for which we are not liable.
Technical Support
1-year free technical support for the developed website.
Additional support after 1 year will incur charges, with prior notice to the customer.
Handover of Credentials
Upon project completion, all necessary credentials (e.g., hosting, domain registrar, CMS) will be provided to the customer.
Security and Backup
We secure the website during development.
The customer is responsible for ongoing security measures and regular backups after handover.
Project Completion
The project is complete once credentials are handed over and the website is successfully deployed.
Termination of Service
Customer-Initiated Termination
Customers may request termination of services at any time by providing written notice.
Upon receiving a termination request, services will be discontinued, and any remaining work will be halted.
If the termination request is received before the project is completed, the customer is liable to pay for work completed up to the termination date.
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or payments made.
Outstanding Payments
In case of termination, any outstanding payments for work completed must be settled within 7 business days of the termination date.
Failure to clear outstanding payments may result in legal action or withholding of project materials and credentials.
Transfer of Ownership and Materials
Upon payment of any outstanding balances, all project materials, credentials, and website files will be transferred to the customer.
Termination will not affect the customer’s ownership of the website and materials created up to that point.
Modification of Terms
These terms and conditions may change, with prior notice to the customer.
Liability
We are not responsible for issues related to the customer’s choice of domain registrar or hosting provider.
